The zoo grounds are separated into the Upper and Lower sections by Clarendon Drive and the ruins of the pre-War Red Line. The Marsalis Avenue overpass marks the eastern edge of the zoo, and the zoo's main entrance was located underneath the overpass. Access to the zoo was largely obtained via the northern parking lots located off of Interstate 35E's frontage road.
Behind the scenesEdit
The Oak Cliff Zoo is partly based on (and located in the same place as) the Dallas Zoo in the real world.
